Welcome to our holiday home on the Costa Blanca, a modern and lovingly maintained vacation property in Dénia, newly built in 2020. The accommodation features two cozy bedrooms, each with two comfortable single beds (200 × 90 cm) – ideal for up to four guests, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing holiday in Spain by the sea.

Two modern bathrooms – one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor – are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The spacious bathroom on the upper floor provides extra comfort and a luxurious sense of space.

The bright, stylishly furnished holiday home in Dénia impresses with its open, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Costa Blanca – from the coffee machine to the dishwasher.

Outside, there are two sunny terraces:

An east-facing terrace with a pergola on the ground floor, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun.
A west-facing terrace on the upper floor with stunning views of the Serra de Segària – ideal for enjoying the Costa Blanca sunset in the cozy lounge.

Our lovingly furnished holiday home Casa Isabel on the Costa Blanca was purchased in 2024 and is personally used by us regularly from October to March. Thanks to our personal use, the house is equipped with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Dénia – from modern furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen.

Our goal is for you to feel at home immediately in Casa Isabel and enjoy a relaxed vacation on the Costa Blanca.
