Casa Isabel Dénia – Your Holiday Home on the Costa Blanca

Casa Isabel is located in El Verger near Dénia, on the Costa Blanca, and was completed in 2020. This modern and well-maintained holiday home offers approximately 80 m² of living space over two floors and accommodates up to four guests.

We have placed great emphasis on comfort, functionality and a pleasant atmosphere when furnishing Casa Isabel. As we regularly stay at the house ourselves, we have equipped it with many things that are particularly useful and important for longer stays.

The Playa Deveses is only about 680 metres away. At the same time, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of a well-maintained residential complex with a large communal swimming pool. Casa Isabel therefore combines proximity to the sea with the comfort of a relaxing holiday home near Dénia.

Living and sleeping

The bright and modern living area with its open-plan kitchen is the heart of Casa Isabel. It is the perfect place to enjoy meals together, relax, watch TV or simply unwind after a day of holiday activities.

The two bedrooms are located on different floors and each has two comfortable single beds (90 × 200 cm). The beds can be separated on request.

Casa Isabel is therefore particularly suitable for:

• two couples

• couples travelling together with friends

• friends travelling together
  

Having the bedrooms on two different floors also provides additional privacy.

For a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year, the living area and both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

All windows have shutters and insect screens. This allows you to enjoy fresh air while keeping unwanted insects outside, particularly during the warmer months.

Two bathrooms

Casa Isabel has two modern bathrooms – one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

Both bathrooms are equipped with:

• shower

• washbasin

• toilet
  

The upstairs shower is particularly spacious and provides plenty of room and comfort.

Two terraces – morning sunshine and evening sunsets

One of the special features of Casa Isabel is its two spacious terraces with different orientations.

The east-facing ground-floor terrace has a pergola and is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sunshine. Later in the day, it provides pleasant natural shade and is an ideal place to relax.

The west-facing upper terrace becomes a particularly inviting place in the late afternoon and evening.

From the comfortable lounge area, you can relax, enjoy the evening sunshine and take in beautiful views towards the Serra de Segària. The terrace is especially attractive at sunset, when the sun slowly disappears behind the surrounding landscape.

A gas barbecue is also available for relaxed meals and sociable evenings.

Kitchen – everything you need for a relaxing holiday

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need if you enjoy preparing your own meals during your stay.

The kitchen includes:

You can therefore enjoy a relaxed breakfast, prepare a snack for the beach or cook dinner together in the evening.

TV and high-speed internet

You do not have to give up your usual entertainment or a fast internet connection while on holiday.

Casa Isabel has two modern LG Smart TVs – one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

The satellite system provides German TV and radio channels. Spanish TV and radio channels are also available via the communal antenna system.

The entire house has free high-speed fibre-optic internet with speeds of up to 600 Mbps.

Casa Isabel is therefore also well suited to guests who occasionally need to work during their stay or value reliable internet for video calls, streaming and other online activities.

For particularly stable connections, additional LAN ports are available at the router.

Pool and beach near Dénia

The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool measuring approximately 14 × 8 metres. It is just a few steps from the house and offers a refreshing way to cool down on warm days.

If you prefer swimming in the sea, you can reach Playa Deveses in about 680 metres.

The extensive sandy beach offers plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing and long walks along the Mediterranean coast. The Costa Blanca also offers a wide range of opportunities for water sports.

Casa Isabel is situated in El Verger near Dénia, in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex.

At the same time, shops and restaurants are within easy reach. In El Verger you will find supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, masymas and Consum, as well as various bars and restaurants.

Nearby Dénia offers plenty of opportunities for an enjoyable and varied holiday. Its marina, restaurants, cafés and Mediterranean atmosphere invite you to explore and relax.

Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. The varied landscape around Dénia and the Marina Alta hinterland is ideal for hiking and cycling.

Golf and leisure activities on the Costa Blanca

Golf enthusiasts will find several attractive golf courses in the surrounding area, including:

The Costa Blanca also offers excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking, water sports and many other outdoor activities.

The inland countryside, with its orange, almond and cherry orchards, provides a beautiful contrast to the coast.

Medical facilities

Good medical facilities are also available in the region.

A modern hospital is located in La Xara. Dénia also offers a range of private medical facilities and doctors.

German-speaking doctors and other German-speaking contacts are also available in the region.

Getting here and day trips

Casa Isabel can easily be reached by car from the international airports of Alicante and Valencia. Both airports are approximately one hour away by car.

There are also ferry connections from Dénia to the Balearic Islands, including:

• Ibiza

• Mallorca

• Formentera
  

Valencia is also an excellent destination for a day trip and can be reached by car in about an hour. The city offers an interesting combination of architecture, culture, gastronomy and Mediterranean atmosphere.

If you would like to explore beyond the coast, the surrounding countryside offers numerous small towns and villages, agricultural landscapes as well as hiking and cycling routes.

A holiday home that we use ourselves

We purchased Casa Isabel in 2024 and regularly spend the months from October to March there ourselves.

For us, the house is therefore much more than simply a holiday rental – it is our own holiday home on the Costa Blanca.

We have furnished Casa Isabel personally and have taken care to provide everything that we ourselves would appreciate during a longer stay.

It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment – not just for a few days, but also during longer stays.
